Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Her school years including university days were spent all in Greater Victoria, which furthered her love and connection to the community. The first half of her career involved traveling all over Canada but when it was time to start a family there was really no second thought that it would be on the Island and specifically in Greater Victoria. Having started a career in real estate at a young age she was able to form strong and longstanding relationships within the local industry. These relationships are invaluable to My, especially in a small and tight knit community such as Victoria with most colleagues also considered friends. Lot 3 Developments has given her the opportunity to expand these relationships and allows her to be confident in the product that they create. Throughout the years, as My witnessed neighbourhoods evolving and growing, she wanted to be part of the change in a positive and more tangible way. So when the light bulb moment happened with Kari back in early 2020 it was exciting and made total sense. Through her professional career in the appraisal and consulting industry, she had the opportunity to review countless building and floor plans. To witness them go from drawings on a piece of paper to being someone’s home is rewarding.
